JUMP

Jump is an extensive and intense ankle and calf development program focused on increasing your vertical jump, explosive speed, ankle stability, and mental discipline. Along with this, you will be exposed to the JEKL Principles. These are the five key principles that will absolutely give you the competitive edge over an other athlete as experienced by our Olympic, professional, and division I scholarship athletes.

  • same as Jump
  • additional hour after each class spent on neuromuscular, cardiovascular, and movement exercises 
  • same as Jump
  • additional hour after classes on Tues/Thurs to complete JEKL10
  • five days a week; two hours per session
  • includes jump exercises and fully body stretch
