This class is a collection of conditioning exercises encompassing the entire body. The JEKL 10 is designed to increase range of motion, explosive power, static strength, and muscular endurance, as we as mental awareness. We begin with a quick warm-up, followed by a 10-exercise neuromuscular workout, and finish up with a full body stretch.
